• Wash the condenser coil
• Check the refrigerant charge
• Inspect the electrical, tighten terminals as needed
• Lube motor bearings
• Determine proper airflow
• Inspect existing ductwork, check for air leaks
• Check the plenum for air leaks
• Clean out the condensate drain
• Inspect the filter and replace or wash
• Operate and test efficiency of temperature splits
