This website is designed using the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards to promote present and future compatibility on a diverse range of platforms, browsers, mobile devices, and accessibility devices. It is developed for use and tested with current versions of today's most popular browsers.
Because we wish to offer you the highest quality rather than a website from 2001, your older browser might not render pages properly. If you experience any layout problems it is the result of using an antiquated browser, not a flaw in design. The workarounds and hacks necessary to force a web page to render consistently on an old browser are not standards compliant, as such they have the potential to become a problem in the future.
